  • Quality engineering - delivery and test management of the software solutions. Project estimates, resource planning, finance, budgeting. Internal and external stakeholder management. Team lead, test execution management. Defect management. Reporting on the project status, RAID logs, Environments in charge and release management. Integration, SIT, UAT functional and non functional testing.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the program thoroughly, as it touched various aspects of the leadership for managers. It was educating , refreshing and gave in depth knowledge on many topics which I didn't find in my practical experiences from peers and seniors. Set a good bench mark on how and why a leadership role should be educated in all the aspects and the influence and impact it would have on a person team and organization overall

  • it is very well structured and timely placed

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I was provided good support with an assigned mentor through the course. However, work commitments were overseeding most of the times and had to spend off the working hours to get the assignments completed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from the training provider was brilliant. My tutor was very knowledgeable, compassionate, accommodating, and an excellent coach to work with. She was persistent in getting the much needed activities covered based on my work profile and cover the ones which I already was performing at an advanced level with oral discussions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The training has helped me to a great deal of feeling assured about my day to day responsibilities at work. Making the right choice in the conflicting situations and standing up at times when it would be the right thing to do

  • Yes, there are many side of desk activities and group which are available for all employees to choose and participate

  • The company is a corporate giant, which has abundance of opportunities for an employee to explore, find their interest and grow. These are equally backed with plenty of training opportunities to enhance ones skill set further to keep up with the latest in the field. Organisational culture is inclusive and gives equal scope for all to find their space.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • People who find corporate culture fascinating and thrive in such environment, this is the company to be in.
