Supporting new business to HPE and also working with our partners on SMB business
sales skills, personal skills, people skills
i enjoy the job that i do. the program can be repetitive
we were meant to start in November but we didnt have our first meeting until March
HPE are fully supportive of the apprenticeship
they put in training sessions sometimes with little notice. we have quarterly meetings and targets which for me arent enough
i feel that the role complements the training and not the other way round
i am part of the organisation for Stem events and also the intake of new apprentices and i help with the recruitment and the training of the new employees
Yes
the job is enjoyable i have a great manager and team
to be as social as possible and get involved in as much as you can
