  • My role requires me to put my skills and training to use in a project envrionment helping out the team to deliver a product of high quality which meets the specification and needs of our clients.

  • Since joining I have learnt many new skills and now have a very broad range of skills at a foundation level and above.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a lot. It at times is very intense but there is a lot of reward for your hard work which doesn't go unrecognised. The opportunities within Capgemini whilst on the apprenticeship programme are the best of any company.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Capgemini?
  • From my time in Capgemini, I really feel apart of the company. The company is very large so within the Business Unit you may not get to involved. The thing is though if you want to get involved you can. Within the project team I felt I was valued very highly and it was recognised I had become a key part of the team.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has gone through many changes since joining but these changes have just made the programme even better. We have been kept in the loop at all stages of where the programme is heading.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I have regular meetings with my training provider and he is also always contactable by email to answer any questions I may have.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Capgemini through the bootcamp offer loads of help and advice and extra tutition to help you through the process.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary here is very competitive and even at apprentice level it is a lot, and allows you to enjoy life and save.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes, outside of work you can attend meetings and events to help promote Capgemini and the schemes available.

  • 9. Would you recommend Capgemini to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because Capgemini not only gives you the chance to earn whilst studying which gives you an upperhand in the future by earning a degree and having job experience to go with it. Also the salary is very competitive which allows you to live well for someone of a young age. The opportunities in Capgemini are endless and you can try many new things learn new technologies and also travel to many places.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • To be yourself, but work hard and keep your head down, a lot goes on but as long as you're focused then you will do just fine here.
