  • My job has two parts. The sales side is finding potential customers and trying to convince them to trade with Softcat. The account manager side is making sure my customer is receiving their required needs on the IT front.

  • I have improved my communication skills when speaking to customers on the phone/email but also when cold calling a company and speaking to their IT manager

  • Softcat is a very caring environment with multiple support and multiple people willing to help. If you aren't enjoying your role, they will offer other career paths as an alternate option.

  • To keep working hard through the tough times as you will see the light at the end of the tunnel.
