  • on a day to day basis i fix the machines which assembles the engines. This can be anything from planned maintenance or reactive maintenance.

  • I have learnt many different skills while still developing my existing ones. For example working with all different machines and tools.

  • Very well structured and organized from BMW but not as structured from the college you have to work with in your first year.

  • A lot of support as you are given a mentor on plant where you will have regular meetings to check up on your progress and incase you need any support.

  • It helps me be able to go for higher roles in the future.
