  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The Degree Apprenticeship programme is very well structured, when you first join the programme, you have 2 days of induction, in which you get to meet your fellow apprentices and learn more about the company and it's culture. There is a wide range of support available, everyone is so helpful and supportive, always-on-hand to provide guidance. The programme provides various training opportunities within the first 2 weeks, to fully submerge us into the programme. For this particular programme, we are away studying at university on Monday's which provides a well-balanced work/study time.

They are always available to answer your queries and provide you with guidance or to point you in the right direction. Personally, I am extremely pleased with the amount of support, I have received from my manager and employer as it can be quite daunting to be a new joiner, but I was immediately put at ease throughout all their help and support.
