Account Manager Review

I built relationships with other organisations in the area to develop a collaborative approach of recovery and community. I was also able to induct, train, and manage volunteers within the business so they could join us on our journey to support those in our service. I also took on a caseload of clients during Covid and created online content so that they could continue being supported remotely.

I've learnt a lot more about the learning and development department in regards to how they help meet business needs and support the growth of the organisation.

I really enjoy it as i feel as though i am frequently broadening my knowledge and enhancing my skills each week which is setting me up perfectly to move into my ideal role.

Very well. I have frequent communication with my skills coach and always feel well informed.

I have a mentor who supports my journey and have plenty of time to complete assignments and fulfil workplace development activities.
