  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Sometimes it is difficult to interpret the timetables for the university program and as a result of the coronavirus pandemic being remote has sometimes affected the structure of the degree. Overall, very organised and kept well informed about what is going on and the state of the program. Induction was fantastic and really detailed.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Study days are received in order to attend on campus days. Expenses are covered for travel to and from the university when there is a physical on campus day (Until recently these have all been virtual). From a work based point of view the support is fantastic and any issues raised are usually dealt with immediately.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There is always someone available to talk to regarding support throughout the degree. Module leads always have sessions available to book to discuss any problems you may have with the content and provide support moving forward. • 9a. Would you recommend Capgemini to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Capgemini to a friend because of the values that the company lives to in the day to day operation. The degree is also very beneficial as it provides you with the tools to succeed in the industry. Capgemini is also very good at giving you time to complete industry recognised certifications.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Do your research and really picture how you fit in with the company values. If you are successful in reaching an assessment centre, really grab the opportunity with both hands and get involved. People are the heart of capgemini therefore it is important to show what you have to offer and your personality.
