  • A branch manager of a retail store. I am responsible for the day to day running of the retail store and 7 staff members. My duties range from staff training, sales, health & safety, people management, financial control, merchandising & marketing. This is a single site role within a company that has 530+ sites.

  • I have learnt or developed skills around the following topics; Safeguarding, Prevent, E&D, British values, Learning cycles & styles, Merchandising, Retail Legislation, supply chains, marketing plans, communication, recruitment, coaching, people development, mentoring, identifying talent, financial forecasting, company compliance, effective use of technology, brand reputation, leadership, return on investment, labour turnover & retention.

  • My programme was extremely beneficial to my learning and personal development.
