  • Supporting the Business Excellence/Senior Leadership Team with administrative duties ensuring the smooth running of the office. My day to day: - Gathering and analysing data - Project administration - Preparing reports where necessary - Receiving and dealing with queries from customers - data input - word processing - filing - photocopying

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy being in the office and I have excellent support from my team. I also have good support from my apprenticeship tutor.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme could however be more organised and structured as I haven't got a time table of work set out throughout the year, I just get given work on a day and then its due in on a certain date. I would like to see a structured plan of my apprenticeship.

  • My employer is extremely supportive

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive good support from my training provider. I know that I can always email/call when I am in need of help. However, it is quite difficult since it is virtual, my first instinct is to go to my colleagues for help.

  • I know that I will gain the skills and experience needed to progress and i will be confident enough to carry out business/administrative duties.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I really love working here and it has gone beyond my expectations. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive, and I always feel comfortable asking for help or advice from senior management.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Equans?
  • Ensure you research the company, wear smart clothing for good first impression no matter what role you are applying for
