  • I have learnt many new skills and I’m still new at the job so I have very much more to learn

  • The job as a whole and the workers and mangers are great

  • I have enjoyed the training so far and they make it fun to learn

  • Lots of help and only a phone call away if I need it

  • They are an email away if I get any problems or worries

  • The qualifications are very important to be able to understand how fibre works and how to handle it and the health and safety side is spot on

  • Not sure as I’m still new to the job

  • Yes

  • It is a great company they really look after you and help you progress and I wish I joined earlier


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • Apply asap you won’t regret it but there is a waiting list to get a job but it depends on the area you live in
