  • My role is to help prevent fault rate in our copper and fibre network by building and planning a number of different jobs, from underground cable jobs to civil jobs.

  • Yes I have learnt how to plan a number of different jobs and also learnt how to do my own workstream as well as ACR and some FTTP

  • I enjoy my programme a lot as we are always learning, always someone there to help and the programme is rewarding

  • its at a good standard

  • I receive a lot of support, someone is always willing to help

  • At the start it wasn't the greatest but now with a change in structure I believe I get enough.

  • I believe our role is quite different so its hard to say how much the qualification does or actually will help with my role

  • because of covid its been hard but I believe in the future we will have more activities

  • Be yourself and be confident as the company will support you as much as they can for you to be the best version of yourself and employee you can be
