  • I complete AUX jobs which have got stuck in the system because they require Traffic Management. I speak with engineers and 3rd party contractors daily via phone call and emails then update all systems.

  • Learnt the DIG and AUX skill and developed my organisational skills as you have to be organised to complete aux jobs.

  • I enjoty the programme but do not enjoy having three different people from realise in less than a year and the constant change of the job role.

  • I don't think its structed very well at all.

  • Support from manager is great and my realise trainer is very personable.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification is in customer service but i do not speak to end users at all. I speak to engineers and third party contractors so unsure why its a customer service apprenticeship.
