  • I feel the apprenticeship has helped me understand business better, however this could be more specialised into what my company does.

  • My trainer has been great and very supportive when I have required her help

  • It helps me understand customer service better. But on the whole I don't deal with customers much.

  • I feel so, however not many that interest me. Charity events are good however

  • Yes

  • The initial support for apprentices is great. Also seeing what other people who have finished the apprenticeship have achieved shows that the scheme works
