  • We plan repair jobs for engineers on the field in order to improve and fix any problems their may be.

  • Yes, I've learned more analytical skills and also customer skills as I talk to internal engineers

  • I really enjoy it and like my time at openreach.

  • It wasn't great at first but we have a new person helping us and their a lot better.

  • It does to some extent but is also a little different what I am learning to my job role.
