  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • To be precise, I don't think they thought of it tre. The reason behind that is, the support was very hard at the beginning of planning phase. I didn't get Apprentiship time towards FS2 math, the expectations do it my apprentice time, but I was busy with other assignments. I did get enough time to revise it was at the end it was hectic. Ideally the apprentiship should have given me enough time to revise every week for few hours, but I didn't get time.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • in Planning it was weird struggling 1st,then it went perfect, I received the support after which get me. At the beginning of the apprentice year at my interview, I was told, I will get time every week to do math. But I haven't, instead had to do it my time, which I found very hard to cram it in on my day of. I should have got revisions like 2 hours every week. But other then that, I pretty much, got decent support.
