    • Learnt more about my role in the company and how to fulfil my work title. the training is amazing and so are the mentors

    • the programme is great and structured well, they ensure you know your next steps and what direction you are heading in

    • the structure is clear and easy to follow. regular meeting allow you to know your next steps

    • the support is great and you never get left out or out of the loop they help you a lot
