  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I meet my team for the client i'm on either in the office or online for a catch up to discuss what tasks I'll be helping with that day. I usually look at what files are in my name and see what I can complete and what questions I need to ask. An associate or senior associate usually coaches me on how to complete my tasks.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme works so that you do some university exams before Christmas which is good because you get an idea about Audit before you go on placement. Then training starts but you get Christmas off. You get a buddy and a career coach for whilst you're on placement. I get delegated tasks from associates and senior associates.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get good support, everyone gets a career coach and a buddy who is supposed to have regular meetings with you throughout placement. The team you're on is usually a good point of call for support as well.
