  • Software engineer for content mangement applications. Configure and set up content mangement and data capture solutions for clients.

  • Learnt: Project structure, interaction with clients, EMC Captiva and Documentum configuration

  • Alot. The view of a future in the business and challenging day-to-day activities motivates me to work to my greatest effort.

  • Quite. I feel valued both by superiors and colleauges.

  • Some alterations has been made to the programme and I've felt a bit out of the loop at times regarding the news.

  • Average.

  • I've had a good mentor on my first project which has encouraged me to develop.

  • I can manage to pay for an apartment and fund my partner, but not with a lot left over for savings.

  • Yes, but I have not been in the position to accept many of them

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I believe that the programme is a great gateway for young people who are unsure of how to get into the ICT business, especially for the bit older apprentice who'd have to wait until their early 30s to gain a job with a future.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Seize the oppertunity to get a head start to other college/uni students by gaining the much valued experience both in knowledge and on your CV. A fully paid degree is now more valuable than ever.
