  • Co-ordinating in modules for interior and chassis and powertrain. Implementing process improvements and paper creation for project gateways. Chasing updates from functions for their project status

  • Developed communication and organisation skills, learnt a lot of new, job specific skills linked to the business and processes

  • Enjoy learning new things, role can be quite administrate sometimes and learning doesn't always link directly to the job role

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Course from woodspen is not organised and modules are mixed up so completing module based assignments is difficult as questions are not always in line with learning. Structure of the apprenticeship from the company is excellent. A clear development plan in place for apprentices

  • Development plans in place and progresses with manager regularly. Weekly 1:1 with mentors and managers to help my development and support my goals

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • All assignments are marked with feedback given. Requirements are unclear but if you ask then you usually get a clearer answer as to the structure of the course

  • Most learning is general and I cannot relate to my day job. Some learning is linked loosely to business wide processes

  • Early careers group days/nights out are arranged for all those on apprenticeship/grad schemes. Team building away days are organised and volunteering opportunities.

  • Yes
