  • I am an expenses/payroll administrator who manages 3 inboxes, collates, processes and checks all expenses and checks payroll administrator processing also. creates reports and liaises with other departments and external parties

  • it is has been challenging at times but with the support from rose and MBKB i have achieved my pass. I was working full time as well as completing the apprenticeship so very much hands on experience and guidance

  • All the webinars and Tasks are welcoming and easy to follow. its a good balance of practise on the job and revision 1 day a week to catch up on anything you need extra support with. Very Organised and help is always provided

  • I understand a much larger variety of topics to do with payroll and the daily functions and implications what can happen

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • yes - Wesleyan offers volunteering days for 2 days of the year. There is a gym facility open after or before work and there is also discount schemes for activities and memberships. we have 2 weeks per year free online classes for pilates and other exercises to help engage us and make new friends

  • Yes

  • Wesleyan offers an all about you approach putting your mental and work wellbeing first, lots of support and flexibility throughout the company especially over the pandemic


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Wesleyan?
  • be yourself, laid back and show what you want to achieve through Wesleyan and what you want out of them. they like pro active members of staff and training fresh young minds
