team leader Review

i am a team leader. i count tills, manage my team and do things like line checks, dealing with customers complaints and the good things.

i have learnt how to manage my team correctly and have gained insight into how a business runs and what to do

it was an enjoyable programme and i found it fun because i learnt a lot of new things that helped me understand my job a lot better

i think it was structured well. there were some bits of information i didn’t have access to that we’re supposed to help me answer my questions but i spoke to my coach and it was fine

they supported me through the whole thing. i didn’t ask many questions to my employer as my coach helped me a lot but they were always supportive

my trainer helped me a lot through the course. i switched coaches halfway through but they were both very helpful

it helped me understand my role a lot more and i learnt a lot of new things

it’s a good business and they offer you things for working with them for a long time and you get incentives while working too

be prepared to talk to a lot of customers and handle a busy hustle
