  • Learnt to be more independent, but also the importance of asking questions to help complete work to the bets of your ability and help understand the work you do

  • The people I worked with were always very nice and welcoming, I never felt intimidated. There is a really good environment created by the people who worked there. It exceeded my expectations and I enjoyed it

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Induction and Training were well carried out, support was always there when we needed it. It was difficult to study around work hours as you become tired at the end of the day but this can be dealt with. Support system, organisation and hierarchy/delegation were all well carried out

  • Support is always on hand when required, everyone offers support when you work with them, everyone is very nice and welcoming

  • A lot

  • It was really good to put theory into practice, I now feel that I understand the industry and my job role better

  • Due to the coronavirus situations these were limited, However there are socials monthly

  • There is a great environment, everyone is very nice, just an overall comfortable place to work

  • Put in any extra effort into applying, do the most possible, it is well worth being part of this firm
