    • Coaching techniques, leadership styles, project management theories, recruitment, learning styles, change management, operational leadership

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoyed the apprenticeship as a whole. However, had to swop tutors as my middle one went AWOL and didn't mark any of my work for 6 months

    • The structure is good, more clarification is needed at course start, as somethings were not communicated fully

    • No support is given from employer. This is expecting ad independent Learning in your own time. It would be good if the company had a study allowance

    • Support was good apart from the middle tutor as previously stated in thr other question

    • It has made me think about my leadership style and consider things that I have never thought about before
