We are trained by top hair specialists, to become fully qualified in the hair industry. We are taught all the different techniques in how to create a look for our clients and how to achieve what they are looking for
Yes, I have learnt, highlighting, sectioning, balayage, face frame, one length cut,cutting bangs etc
I do enjoy it as it is something I want to be professional in the future
It is organised but I do fine it quiet frustrated when I’m pushed to do something I don’t feel ready for
My employer is fab! Always tells me how well I’m doing but the people in the academy don’t really “praise” you for doing your best
They come over to help and show what to do.
I like to have one to one when doing things like this as I feel like it benifits me
We sometimes have people come in and teach us new things which I really enjoy as it’s something different instead of the same thing every week

They know what they’re doing and are a very well known company for the obvious reasons
Push yourself to do things, if you need help ask! Make sure you know what you need to become better at and keep practising
