    • We are trained by top hair specialists, to become fully qualified in the hair industry. We are taught all the different techniques in how to create a look for our clients and how to achieve what they are looking for

    • Yes, I have learnt, highlighting, sectioning, balayage, face frame, one length cut,cutting bangs etc

    • I do enjoy it as it is something I want to be professional in the future

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • It is organised but I do fine it quiet frustrated when I’m pushed to do something I don’t feel ready for

    • My employer is fab! Always tells me how well I’m doing but the people in the academy don’t really “praise” you for doing your best

    • They come over to help and show what to do.

    • I like to have one to one when doing things like this as I feel like it benifits me

    • We sometimes have people come in and teach us new things which I really enjoy as it’s something different instead of the same thing every week

    • Yes

    • They know what they’re doing and are a very well known company for the obvious reasons

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Saks Hair & Beauty?

    • Push yourself to do things, if you need help ask! Make sure you know what you need to become better at and keep practising
