  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • It depended on the project I was on, but I mostly worked in a coordination role (managing trackers and logistics for different training sessions) as well as assisted with project management of new programmes

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I was lucky to be allocated to an internal team involved in a huge variety of areas and work throughout the firm. This means my role changed and developed during the year, allowing me to get involved in projects that were of interest to me as well as work with colleagues from all grades and teams at PwC. This also kept my work fascinating and I could solve different problems each day, without it being repetitive

    10/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The student recruitment team was very kind and helpful, and although I did face quite a few issues with the remote working model, considering everything that was happening I was provided great support throughout the year (I had a personal buddy, career coach and a network of business placements to chat with and share my experience).

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
