  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the work element of my programme and the practical element of the apprenticeship. I like reflecting on my own and others practice and find it very interesting to learn the theory behind many of the strategies I already use. I do not enjoy the struggle of managing the online learning materials as they are very lengthy when trying to hold down a full time job at the same time.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is not very well organised or structured. I feel like i am completing two completely separate qualifications, the degree and the apprenticeship. Nothing is integrated or marked holistically and this makes it very difficult. Managing a delivery team for apprenticeships i can see there is a lot of potential to integrate the qualifications so it is not so confusing for learners.

  • The support i receive form my employer is great. Within the company there are quite a few of us on different apprenticeships and we all support each other. My manager has regular updates with me and helps with all my assignments and planning. I am given a day a week to focus and dedicate to my apprenticeship study.
