our role involves daily checks, climbing and UG building of a track joint going either to a pole or UG

I've learnt many new skills, i would never thought about climbing up a pole.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job very much no day is the same, you never know what you are going to get in that day. Could be a nice easy day or a day when you have no time to stop.

Very well organised.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

We ask and we shall receive. Everyone is very supportive.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As i said before if you don't ask you wont receive.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I understand a bit more on how things work.

Yes, if you wish to other training programs they will put you forward for the training.

Best company I've worked for, they are very supportive and will help you to be the best person you can be.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?

Just be yourself and stay calm if climbing the poles.
