  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • The traineeship was a three week course to work on career development. This is so we would be more prepared for our next step. This was very beneficial for me and it helped me a lot. Over the course of the three weeks, we would join online sessions and learn a new unit everyday. We would fill in worksheets and online tasks which would overview the lesson and ensure we understood everything. The tutors offered much support and helped us to build skills we will need. For example, CV writing, how to prepare for interviews, etc.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Each session was precisely planned and well structured. Especially given current circumstances the sessions were online. However, the tutor still made it comfortable and engaging. It still felt like structured lessons even if it was all online from at home.
