  • Yes I have learnt to communicate more professionally and also bettered my customer service skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my apprentice programme a lot as it has been quite interesting but also gives me a break from my day to day role of taking calls

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I am kept up to date with one to ones. However, now I am finishing none of it has not been very clear and I haven't been kept updated through the process of me graduating.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get a lot of support from the apprentice department and whenever I contact them they are always very prompt to help me. However my actual team manager and people in my day to day job are not very knowledgeable of apprenticeships so can't help

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • At first not a lot of training, but when a few of us was struggling to pass we were provided a training day which massively helped

  • I don't feel that my apprenticeship relates to my current role

  • 9a. Would you recommend BT to a friend?
  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • When I first applied to my apprentice I was told it would be 18 months but it turned out being a 3 year course. Also I don't enjoy my current role so wouldn't recommend this to someone else

  • To be confident and be yourself
