    8/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Really loved my placements and learnt a huge amount, just a shame the scheme leads lack good communication skills and often messages got mixed which slightly ruined the experience

    7/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Not very well, the End point assessment is 6 months before the end date of programme which makes no sense and the pay rise is not given until then so we are used as lower paid resource to do the same job as someone else.

    2/10

    9/10

    9/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The MOD and APM working practices are vastly different so the carry over is minimal however the APM is still useful to know.

    4/10
