  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my job. Never felt like I haven’t wanted to get up and go to work. I generally put in for overtime and I enjoy being at work. The programme is good as it allows you to learn a more wider variety of things along with keeping us safe

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe it is well organised and structured as new as it could have been during covid. I mean I had a bit of delay in starting the workshops on the apprenticeship but that was due to covid but all in all they handled the whole pandemic really well and efficiently
