Triaging referrals, allocation of referrals to clinicians, support and lead with the HCA’s completing peer reviews appraisals, lead on the step up beds for the service

Every unit is enjoyable. All units are specific to my role which is helping me to progress clinically
Very well organised and structured I hve a great work mentor and the titular is so supportive
As much support as I need I have allocated study days along with mentor says with my mentor to progress my clinical skills and assessment
I had been supported to complete my functional skills as I have no GCSE’s the trust and apprenticeship got this sorted for me really quick
It has enabled me to be more aware of how systems of the body work and has alerted me to all the regulatory bodies, policies and legislation
