  • I find the programme challenging which I really enjoy, it pushes me to become better and grow in my current role.

  • Organisational structure is excellent.

  • I receive significant support from my manager and from the pastoral team. I am able to undertake my 20% off the job training with ease.

  • I receive all the support I need from the training provider and I know where to go if I have any issues.

  • I have been able to use the theory I have learned through my qualification in practice with considerable success.

  • I genuinely enjoy coming work, I feel appropriately challenged and receive the development opportunities I would expect from the organisation from a work perspective and an education perspective.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The royal Wolverhampton NHS trust?
  • To give yourself the best opportunity, spend a significant amount of time tailoring your application to the job description and person specification. Networking is extremely important, call the contact on the application to gain information and to show enthusiasm. If you are in a position do so I would definitely recommend volunteering to gain experience, that's how I started off.
