    • Yes I have learnt how to develop relationships and how to sell different IT types

    • I have loved every second of it and would recommend it to anyone looking to join sales

    • Very well structured even with the difficulties of covid I have felt supported

    • I have Weekly 121's with my manager and we are in constant communication throughout the week.

    • We are in constant communication with my training provider and he helps me through the whole process.

    • I do think my role is very learning on the job and the qualification is less necessary

    • Yes i am involved in an many of the networking and social events softcat offer

    • Be yourself and be prepared to push yourself as its not easy but it is fun
