  • 9a. Would you recommend BT to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Openreach is a great company to work for in my experience with them to this date. I find they generally have the respect of the community and provide an excellent service to the public. Also they do look after their employees and set you up with all the tools, skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • Be patient as I had to be with the current situation being in Covid times, but once you get your opportunity to apply do not hesitate and try your best to give the job a go. As like myself I had never done anything like this before but have found it so rewarding.
