  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work in customer services, my role includes crediting back customers and re issuing them with a new invoice if the original one sent out is incorrect. I work with account managers on a day to day basis and occasionally with other teams throughout the business. My role is generally internal, i don't usually speak to anyone outside the company.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support from Remit, we have regular catch ups. We have 1 one to one every month as well as 1 group session every month, this allows me to bring up any concerns i have or any queries. In these sessions, we go over new content, it is helpful that we get a one to one session every month as this gives me the chance to go at whatever pace is best for me.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification has helped me learn several things about business administration. This helps with my day to day role because part of the module content covers management, teams, learning styles etc which everyone uses on a daily basis. It has also helped my build relationships with the rest of my cohort, which has helped me with my job because i can see what they get up to in their teams
