  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The Degree Apprenticeship program includes valuable on the job experience. I have acquired many more skills and techniques that cannot just be taught in a classroom as you are in real life situations helping customers. What I have learnt at university overlaps with work which consolidates my learning. I have also gained work professionalism which I would not gain if I were on a full-time University course.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is a well structured program where we have around 30 days at university a year. We are now doing it online and seems to work well as we use moodle and Teams platforms to make our learning better. We go to uni in the academic year so it’s one day a week.

  • I gain all learning areas to perform my job which gives me more understanding on the industry as well as the products. By gaining qualifications on products gives the managers more of an overview on what I am capable of which then in turn I get pay rises which is great.
