  • I am a openreach engineer on a day to day basis I fix faults on phone lines , provide new phone lines to both residential and commercial customers . Test phone lines and provide normal and fibre broadband.

  • Yes I have learnt new skills as this type of job is completely new to me ,

  • It is very enjoyable as am loving learning the new skills .

  • Very well organised as we get time away from day to day work to work on the course work that accompanies the apprenticeship

  • We get good Suport we have patch leads and ppl the we have buddied with that also offer support

  • As much as we ask for as long as it does impact on business too much .

  • It helps me understand my role more

  • I am sure there is but in the current climate they haven’t been overly expressed.
