  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I’m enjoying it so far. Yes it’s challenging but it’s nice to be learning new skills while getting paid for it. I’ve met some nice colleagues along the way and have enjoyed driving around London too. Overall I’ve really enjoyed it. No complaints so far.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The training programme is very well organised, especially considering how many recruits they have been bringing on every week in recent months. The training is organised and they also prepare all our accommodation and food for each week we are working away from home. You get given a detailed plan of what you’ll be learning each week.
