  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i love that most of my time is out in the field working and doing the job, this has really helped me especially when its come to the study days as i now have a better understanding of the apprenticeship, the way it is done in this company allows you to get a real good understanding of your job role and doesnt feel like its all based on my apprenticeship

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • i believe its really well structured but as my job role is new to the apprenticeship its hard to judge whether it has been organised really well, as with all new things i believe there are areas to improve on and the information given at the start could be better but overall i really couldnt fault this programme

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • i get a lot of support, i get given time to revise and ask questions and if i dont understand certain things i am given the time and extra support to make sure i can get my head around what is being asked of me, i couldnt speak higher of my trainer

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • it has given me extra knowledge on my job role and given me a more in depth understanding of different things, the break down of what cables are made of has helped me understand why certain cables are installed in certain places so without this i would just have a basic understanding where as now i feel confident when deciding which cable we should install
