  • I do enjoy programme but it does get difficult at some points and not all of the requirements are clear.

  • The programme is structured well in terms of that there are points and knowledge to work towards however some of these points are not written very clearly and are too open for interpretation.

  • I believe the qualification is helping me in my role by providing me with background knowledge, confidence and the ability to support the organisation in a positive manner.

  • Read the organisations visions and values, start from a lower banded role and work your way up, be confident and speak to as many people as possible.
