  • 9a. Would you recommend BT to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • By far the best decision I have made joining Openreach. Not only do you have a network of colleagues who support you throughout your working day, I will also gain a qualification out of this. Couldn't speak more highly of my job and the organisation.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • Take a risk. Because the risk will pay off. It may seem daunting at first but you will become a highly skilled engineer at the end it. It doesn't matter what background you come from in terms of work. You will learn new skills and excel here.
