  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's a real mixed bag. Most days are fine but there isn't a huge amount of support

    4/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In terms of delivery there is a good structure of work days and uni days. There is a lack of support structure and not sure who to go to for support either at work or at uni

    3/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Very Little. I get 1 day per week for my study but there's nobody within the workplace that is looking after me or to go to for help. When I have asked for support nothing has been done.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Depends on the course and course leader. Some courses go out of their way to let you know where to get help but others don't seem to offer any support which makes it very hard to get the work done.

    2/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It's still very early days, at the moment they are two very distinct things and don't particularly seem to complement each other.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, lots of extra bits to do including quizzes and competitions.

    5/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend Accenture to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • Lack of support on all fronts at present. I feel nobody is interested in helping me to learn and develop

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • Speak to employees and make sure you know what you're getting into.
