  • 9a. Would you recommend BMW Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • BMW Group is a great place to get in to and is great for those who lik engineering and manufacturing. it is enjoyable and you will learn many skills and the majority of people that i have worked alongside have been very friendly and helpful to me when i have needed it.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • You need to have a fair amount of knowledge before joining on engineering but not advanced and you need to be determined to complete tasks no matter what it takes and how you're feeling. You need to be able to work on your own but essentially as a team as the majority of your time will be working with others so it is important that you are confident and easy to get along with so that you and your team can have the best outcomes.
