I am out in the departments working alongside the maintenance learning what I will be doing when I am out of my time
Over the last 3 years I have learnt a lot of new skills and gained a lot of knowledge of tools and equipment
I do really enjoy the physical work I do
It does have its ups and downs due to tings out of the managers control (such as Covid) however normally these are quickly resolved and kept organised
Normally I do receive a lot of support
They offer as much support as they can
It gives us the first steps into knowing the knowledge to complete our role
Due to covid at the moment there is not however do we have charity events that we complete in a social way and other events such as mountain challenge
Yes
good company to work for
Just be yourself and express yourself in the best way
