    • i have learnt many new skills for example terminating connection points in varies networks and devolved skills in customer service

    • the program is well structured and i am always kept up to date with infomation

    • i receive a lot of help and support from my employer, they always make sure i have the time i need to complete the program

    • i receive a lot of support from the trainer and know i can always ask for more help
