  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find my programme very engaging. It is a good way of outlining the company culture and giving all of the early careers a safe space to raise any concerns or issues we may have. An early careers development programme has been created by the early careers team within the business to ensure we are being developed in ways different to our day role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is lots of communication sent out within the company with regards to different activities that take place at each office. With the pandemic, there has obviously been a huge change in working in an office at all. However, the business has continued to send out communications about virtual extra curricular activities and professional development sessions.
