  • A software development role. Developing SQL and UNIX scripts to provide support and development activities for client applications. Hosting presentations to expand the graduate and apprentice community.

  • Increased knowledge of SQL and UNIX, in addition to extra training in Python, Automation, Oracle Business Suite and Project Management.

  • I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme thus far.

  • The programme is structured great. There is a clear idea of what I need to do and the support is widely available.

  • There is plenty of support, regardless of what is needed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The university is well equip to help with home working in light of the ongoing pandemic. The technology is impressive and I've had no issues with my training thus far.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am able to apply strategies and methodologies that I learned through my qualification in the role. It has allowed me to quickly integrate with the work force and share my knowledge confidently with colleageus and clients.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I am heavily involved in our graduate and apprentice communities, and work to bring new members and existing graduates and apprentices the best possible experience upon joining our company.

  • Yes

  • I have really enjoyed my time here and have a great vision for what the future holds.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • The cliches ar right; just be yourself. If you get through the application process, just be yourself in the interviews and show your character. The assessment centre is a chance to show your people skills, and when onboarding it's an opportunity to learn and have fun.
