  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Within the role you will do different rotations, these can be all across the bank looking at different aspects of financial crime. Some roles have a set day-to-day role and others aren't as prescriptive. I have just moved onto a project where everyday can be different whereas my previous role was the same jobs.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well structured. We have a learning provider (BPP) which set out a learning plan for the entire course and delivered this to us at the start of our training so we could plan our time effectively. When looking at rotations within the role you find out your next placement a month before you move so you know where you'll be and who your manager is.
